What we are building
The product is designed for campaign managers, field directors, candidates, committees, and consultants who need to turn qualified voter data into working universes for outreach.
The goal is not abstract campaign software. It is a practical system for filtering, reviewing, explaining, and exporting authorized voter segments in a way a real campaign can operate under deadline.
- State-aware voter-data workflows with California-specific depth
- Private beta onboarding with eligibility review
- Clear boundaries around permitted voter-file use
- Human follow-up for campaign and compliance questions
Why the platform keeps adjacent services portable
Many campaign tools bundle fundraising, websites, compliance, creative, and voter operations into one story. VoterFile is intentionally centered on voter data, field operations, outreach, consultant workflows, and reporting, while those adjacent categories remain portable.
That architecture gives campaigns serious segmentation, CRM, field execution, channel activation, reporting, and data custody without forcing every outside service into one vendor contract.
Who is accountable for the public guidance
VoterFile is operated by Lopez Labs LLC and led by founder Jose Lopez. Time-sensitive methodology, security, state-access, and permitted-use pages identify a named author or reviewer and the date the sources were checked.
Product, security, privacy, partnership, and campaign-fit questions can be sent through the public contact page. Legal and agency materials always control over a VoterFile summary.
What we are not building
VoterFile is not a voter-file reseller, donor CRM, fundraising platform, or general-purpose mass-messaging provider. It includes a voter CRM and provides the voter research and segmentation layer between qualified data and campaign action.
That means the product is intentionally paired with the rest of a campaign stack rather than pretending to replace every campaign system.
